However described, Israel or the Holy Land is more than a critical piece of territory. This land is also sacred to diverse religious traditions spanning the globe.

While Jewish and Christian views about this land are not necessarily in opposition, they diverge and lead to different understandings of the same reality....  This conference will explore these differences and the practical implications that arise from them, as well as suggest possible ways to achieve mutual understanding.
