Keeps 24-hour-a-day White House vigil since June 3, 1981. Sponsored successful voter initiative #37, which inspired the “Nuclear Disarmament and Economic Conversion Act,” introduced into the U.S. House of Representatives each congressional session since 1994 by DC’s Delegates.
