PROCESSWORK can be used to change the dynamics of social issues such as intolerance, violence and privilege, as well as relationship issues between individuals, employees, and family members.  Processwork is an international learning community with several independent training and information centers, including Processwork D.C.

We use Saturday meetings to explore whatever issues participants have brought into the room with them.  This helps to build community and to help us learn the dynamics of process-oriented group work.  Thursday evening meetings explore “hot spots,” tensions, emotions, and conflicts currently in the air in our city.  We offer an empty seat to individuals or groups who want to learn and to use conflict resolution skills to reduce the adversities of economic and/ or racial boundaries.
