NEPAG has an established history of twenty years n promoting youth development through the arts. The Group was founded offer youth of far northeast Washington, D.C. an array of positive alternatives to street life. The mission of NEPAG is to promote youth development and reduce juvenile delinquency through education and enrichment in the performing arts that fosters cultural enrichment, talent discovery and enhancement, cooperative education, and social development.
