Quaker-sponsored retreat center deep in the woods great for individuals needing creative juices inspired by nature, or a respite from hard work or the city, or for small groups needing daytime or overnight retreats. We offer: overnight stays in a comfortable cabin, (optional) catered home-cooked meals, events on nature, spirituality and/or the arts, miles of hiking trails, and rustic camping. Set amidst a marvelous wilderness preserve betwixt mountains and river. We’re 1.5 to 2 hours west of DC. Reasonable rates. Open year round.
